Before booking, please read below to ensure communication and answer questions about your desired treatment. It is the clients responsibility to read all information below thoroughly prior to booking. About your appointment: If you've had previous permanent makeup done elsewhere, it's important that you email clear photos before booking so I can determine if we can move forward with your desired results. Kindly send your name, the service you're interested in, and your photos to gracefulbrowsandbeauty@yah oo.com. I appreciate your understanding! $100 deposit is due at time of booking via credit or debit card on this booking site. This deposit secures your appointment, with the remaining balance due on the day of your service in cash please. Kindly note that deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if your appointment is rescheduled with at least 3 days notice. Following your first appointment, a follow-up session will be scheduled 6-8 weeks later to refine and perfect your results. This touch-up is essential to ensure your brows heal beautifully and flawlessly. After your service is completed, there are no refunds permitted. You must be 18 or older to receive a permanent cosmetic procedure. Am I a good brow candidate for permanent makeup? : While I truly wish everyone could enjoy the benefits of permanent makeup, it's important to know that not all individuals are ideal candidates. Certain conditions may prevent you from safely receiving permanent cosmetic treatments. Here are a few key factors to consider before confirming your appointment: * If you are currently pregnant or breast feeding, you'll need to wait until at least 3 months postpartum or after you've stopped nursing to book your appointment (I promise it's worth the wait!) * Clients who have undergone chemotherapy or radiation must wait a full 12 months before booking. * Use of Accutane or Retin-A must be discontinued for at least 12 months prior to your appointment. * If you're currently taking antibiotics, please ensure they are completed at least 2 weeks before your visit. * Discontinue acne medications, topical creams, or facial treatments at least 2 weeks before and after your session. * Please do not come in with sunburn or freshly tanned skin— this can affect both the procedure and the healed results. Please also avoid direct sunlight for 10 days after your treatment. If going on vacation and in direct sun on the beach/pool and will be tanning, protect your brows with an SPF sun hat. * Blood thinners should be paused 24 hours before your service (with your physician's approval). * If you are diabetic, a doctor's note providing medical clearance is required before booking. * Those taking auto immune, thyroid, heart, or blood pressure medications must provide a written release or clearance from their physician prior to the appointment. * If a client becomes pregnant after an initial session, the touchup appointment cannot be completed as we cannot work on pregnant or breastfeeding women. * Candidates under 18 are ineligible for semi-permanent tattoos. * Clients with skin disorders such as keloid, HIV/hepatitis, allergies to makeup, shingles on the brow area, psoriasis or eczema on the brow area are ineligible. Please see below “Before & After Care Guidelines” for the Best Healed Results to ensure your brows heal beautifully and to ensure your results last: * Very important: Refrain from drinking alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before your appointment as they are considered natural blood thinners. * No brow waxing or tinting at least 7 days prior to your appointment. * Retinol or retinoid products should be paused 2 weeks before and after your session to prevent skin sensitivity. * Steer clear of chemical peels or facials for one month before and one month after your service. * If you're on your menstrual cycle during your appointment, please be aware that the skin may feel more sensitive than usual. * Botox and fillers must be scheduled either a minimum of 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after your brow appointment to avoid interference with your results. * Please reschedule if you're feeling unwell or experiencing cold, flu, or any symptoms of illness-your comfort and safety come first. * After treatment, avoid sweating and keep the brow area dry (except during your gentle cleansing routine) for the first 10 days to ensure pigment isn’t pushed out of skin due to excessive sweating. You'll receive a complimentary aftercare kit including instructions and essentials you'll need to care for your brows over the next 7-10 days to help support a flawless healing process. Business Hours: As a new mom, I'm currently offering appointments exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays from 10-5pm to maintain a balanced schedule for both my family and my clients. While this is my current availability, I anticipate opening up additional days in the near future as things settle. With limited booking slots, appointments tend to fill up quickly-so I recommend securing your spot in advance. I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this special season of life! Cancellation Policy: Please note that it is the client's responsibility to review all policies prior to booking. To respect the time and schedule of both clients and artist, a minimum of 3 days notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with more than a 3 days notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. If a client cancels before the 3 day notice I’m happy to help reschedule and apply the booking deposit to your next rescheduled appointment, as a one time courtesy. Late policy: A 20 minute grace period is allowed for each appointment. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and your booking deposit will be forfeited. Should you wish to rebook, a new booking deposit will be required to secure your next appointment. I truly understand that life happens, but these policies are in place to honor both your time and mine. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the schedule. Any no show appointments will forfeit their opportunity reschedule in the future. Perfecting Session Cancellation Policy: Your perfecting session is a crucial part of your treatment and must be completed within 6-8 weeks of your initial appointment. If you need to cancel, it's your responsibility to ensure the rescheduled session still falls within that 6-8 week window. I allow one reschedule only, provided the change is made with at least 72 hours' notice. Thank you for understanding the importance of staying within the recommended timeline for optimal results.
